Defective Items

Assessment Process

Our team will fully examine the issue and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. Please note that no exchanges are available.

Eligibility for Replacement

If you are deemed eligible for a replacement, we will promptly dispatch a new product to you at no additional cost.Replaced Products will get delivered within 5-7 working days
